TinyKVM的订单为人工审核开通，主机支持IPv6，采用了自己开发的VPS管理面板，赵容刚接触VPS的时候这家口碑不错，不过这么多年以来这个配置和价格就跟性价比不沾边了，关于他允许的内容，下面贴出他的问答：

A: IRC Servers/Clients/Bots/Bouncers are allowed for personal use.
